I think this is like the first time ever in history that a trade that is realistic in real life can't happen in a video game.

:( Yeah i need a RF ... any idea?

It's not going to happen every game. You just have to trust that your SP is going to figure it out. Gotta trust their track record. Just like you trust that Gonzo would figure it out.
When Agon starts popping balls out of the park, I will be convinced that he has figured it out and is not injured.

I'd go for Matt Kemp and stick him in RF.

Idk if I made a trade along the way or not, but on 2k12 the sox have an of'er that turns out to be pretty good in 2013...

Also traded papi for Howard , then Howard + minor leaguer for fielder...

The HR will come. He's hitting like .380 over his past 20 games. His plate discipline is much, much better than it was.

The HR's will come. He was in a bad, bad slump. It takes time to get out of it, but he's definitely showing some good signs. Timing first, driving after.

I don't think Salty stands much of a chance of seeing fastball either. Pitchers aren't going to let Salty beat them if they can help it.

We are waiting. My fearless prediction was that he would hit 35.

Well, that's not going to happen. But he could get to 20 this year, and that would be a big 2nd half.

Brian MacPherson ‏@brianmacp

Alex Wilson inherits runners on first and second with two outs in the sixth inning -- and ends the inning with a three-pitch strikeout.

Wilson has 40 K and 16 BB in 39 1/3 IP as a reliever this season.

Seriously. This kid is ready to come up and be the 7th inning guy in Boston. What's the hold up.

Fastballs away' date=' breaking balls down and in. The book is there and he hasnt adjusted[/quote']

He can certainly drive a fastball away, that's not a weakness. He's got monstrous oppo field power, especially at Fenway.

Change ups away vs RHP, and sliders down and in vs LHP are his biggest weaknesses. He can drive the down and in slider as a LHH.

Tazawa is better.

Taz has a 2.55 ERA in Pawtucket. Wilson has a 2.54 ERA (as a RP).

So ha!

Joking. They should both be huge parts of the bullpen. I don't care who is better, I'm just glad we have both of them.
