So Andrew Miller could start tomorrow and throw 100+? BS indeed.

Morales has multiple relief outings this year of 2-4 innings. Hes stretched out better than you believe.

Nava bails our ass out. If you think about it...most of the good situational hitting we have gotten has come from the Pawston Red Sox, not from the Boston Red Sox.

f*** Crawford.. i dont care if we paid him 20mil Nava needs to play

What do you think Nava's ceiling is? He has had a great run here. Do you think he can keep it up?

Morales is already pitching into the mid 80s headed toward 90 pitches though. I am going to guess that we will see him over 90 pitches next outing presuming that he is still starting and happens to be having a good outing.

he has yet to cool down and until he does you have to ride his streak.

52 and 36 pitches in his two longer relief outings. Then 80 in his first start and 86 tonight. He'll get over 90 next time. 100 is a lot to ask when he hasn't gone 100 since April 2008.

Absolutely not. He is a AAAA player.

I would rather have Morales in the rotation than DiceK.

What do you think his ceiling numbers are then? I agree: he has never played this well. Perhaps he should be traded if we can get a quality ML pitcher for him. Like people have said here, Crawford is going to replace him eventually.

What's this BS 100 pitches? In my day we used base 8.

Might piss people off, but I think we ought to explore trading him.

Wouldn't that imply that he sucks in the bigs but can rake in AAA? Certainly not the case right now, I think he's just playing way over his head. I think he could still be a good 4th/5th.

Aceves will probably go out there for the ninth. V doesn't like him throwing in more then 3 days intervals.

He is warming up. Why not let Padilla finish this?

4th or 5th OF is the same thing as a guy who puts up great numbers at AAA but is not talented enough to start at the MLB level.
