Conor Jackson. I'd easily rather see him than Reddick right now. Reddick is looking horrendous.

I feel like he has been so jittery because of nerves. I don't know if he is ready for important games.

What's the worst he can do? Drop a ball and cost us 3 runs and the game? Strike out 3 times?

Let's hear what stupidity Tito comes out with tonight.

Here i will give you a preview

We pitched good just not good enough,We hit good just not good enough,Pap pitched great and did great getting two strikes

Beckett will win tomorrow. Guaranteed.

CC will win tomorrow. Guaranteed.

And I wouldn't be shocked to see Hughes win tomorrow as well.

Sure hope your right man. I am just getting sick to my stomach every night with this team lately.

As for the outfield play, I feel like its like watching the LLWS. It's just amazing to me how many times over the past two days that I have seen major league athletes misplaying balls while fielding.

Not to just pile on Theo but my god his outfield investments have been god awful. JD Drew is a vagina, Crawford is just mind boggling.

Maybe tonight is the night that Tito borrows Willie Randolph's line and says that "this will make the champagne taste sweeter."

Heh, hadn't heard that one before. Great line!

If they miss the playoffs, he will be the one to take the sword when in truth it has been the horrendous fielding, starting staff, and bullpen. I don't know what he could do about the players constant short comings but Theo deserves so much blame. So many bad acquisitions.

Maybe' date=' he'll go with "s*** happens". I'd love to see that.[/quote']

Or maybe "this gonna make us stronger"

Whata clown!

How does Teflon Theo get away without blame here? Did he think he was making a slick move by paying a little less for Lackey rather than going after Cliff Lee? Look at his list of failures: shortstops, the be speckled reliever from TX, Martinez(essentially getting nothing for DMat), Mazusaka, JD Drew, Lackey, Crawford(although I still think he might produce some day), Jed I have more injuries than anyone Lowrey.

I hate post game news conferences by coaches. Its such cliche ********. You know deep down inside he wants to say "Christ all mighty ask Reddick why he cant field a line drive, ask Bedard why hes always hurt and when he's not able to rebound to get one single out after a s***** error."

Yanks and Rays will split' date=' clinching a playoff spot for NY. Tomorrow, you must win, cause Lester has caught the suck bug as well and Beckett is the only starter you can trust[/quote']

Thanks ESPN.com

I want to smash my computer into pieces right now. Absolutely furious.

yeah--I remember almost busting my tv when that ******* McNamara took Clemens out

with a lead in the 86 series against the Mets--with the champagne ready in the clubhouse.

Would love to know this as well. I have been saying this for years. I will give him all the credit in the world for 04 and 07. He made some bold moves those years and he deserves the praise for those. But no one points a finger at him when things have gone wrong.

I asked my wife to stab me in the heart after Carter's hit so I didn't have to see us lose. I am sure that she often regrets her decision not to stab me.

Let's face it. The Red Sox have the Boston media in their pocket--never a complaint about the management.

Is this our pitching depth? Thanks Theo.
This is really bad. He has to take the hit for this. Add to the lack of starting pitching that he built a flimsy bullpen. This September staff is the worst pitching staff that I can remember-- worse even than the days when they stacked their lineup with power hitters.
