crisp is performing and playing good defense,ells is playing good defense and can run and bay is solid.

with a back problem like this he is essentially useless at the plate and 2 steps behind on defense so lets cut thru the ******** and pretend hes not on the roster untill he can swing a bat without leaking thru his tampax...

back pain is a mystery,this is why it pays so well on insurance claims.

ive had a bad back 1 time in my life and it was worse than 3 knee surgeries and an 18 inch metal rod inserted in my femur...no s***,never felt anything as murderous as back spasms.

you cant do anything and even simple things like coughing feels like your getting stabbed.

kotsay can hit,the other guys play great defense and we're now into late september without a sniff of this guy being out there...i can sympathize....

i also saw bryan cox play football 10 days after he had a pin inserted in his tibia and ronnie lott amputated a pinky rather than miss any time on the field..jack yougblood played an entire 2nd half with a broken leg and duk koo kim threw a 40 punch combination at ray boom boom mancini while being clinically dead in the ring...mchale played the entire 85 finals against the lakers with a broken foot and mario lemieux would leave chemotherapy and head to the rink to skate....some people are above this pain thing...
