your point rings 100% TRUE. This in part is due to our vaunted lineup had a bottom of the order that has averaged 3 pitches per AB. For reference, Melky, Thompson, Nieves and Minky are 5 for 31. That is .161.

we arent exactly over the hill either. We arent the giants. Almost our entire lineup is in their prime sans Giambi. And we shouldnt have to expect 2 or more of these guys to be out in a series with you guys. BTW, he comes our wonderful bottom of the order in a big spot here.
