  1. 15 games over .500! Definitely been a while since we were in this neighborhood
  2. I think I may is Saturday now.
  3. Who pitches for us tomorrow night?
  4. Lowe going on paternity leave and refsynder returning
  5. Should crochet be skipped once or twice in the rotation in September???? Criswell is injured but we got Tolle Harrison and early that could get some spot starts for us!!!!
  6. I believe Campbell can hit and hit really well!!!! but he adds no defensive value. he is a great trade piece in my book to unload yoshida, we are going to have to eat a lot of that contract!! Ugly eating!!! We have pieces other teams will covet!!! No doubt
  7. Dude, can’t you just take the good the bad and the ugly and just enjoy the win????? do we care that it was not perfect???? where is the fun and excitement of watching perfection ????? Any win is a good win, and exciting wins are fun to watch in my book!!!!
  8. Pittsburgh has 1 ace. 4 good quality starters, 1 UCL starter back in 2027 and 2 quality minor league starters. they need bats really really badly. We have bats in surplus! Abreau, Campbell, Mayer, Grissom, Casas, Garcia, and arias!! seems like a deal of some sort is possible between us and Pittsburgh!!!!
  9. Cannot you say that about any pro sports team???
  10. Bres-slow has done an amazing job. Just having the courage to make the Devers trade knowing the blowback he would receive is incredible, how many posters here would take back what they posted about bres-slow after the Devers trade???? But even ignoring the Devers trade for a bit, just look at the number of injuries we have endured this season! Especially injuries to starting pitchers!!!! The depth is the best it has been in a long time!!!! Amazing job by bres-slow. We got a young team and young teams have ups and downs, but this team appears to have chemistry that previous teams lacked!!!!
  11. Justin Gonzales went 1 for 4 with a walk in his Greenville debut last night
  12. That is so true!!! He needs to sit a game or two and take a deep breath
  13. Can we talk Mullins for a minute. Last week I watched him throw a few innings. Stuff is decent, but not “wow” like Valera. however Mullins can pitch and pitch well. He has an impressive ERA. He has 10.2 strikeouts per 9 innings.(same as Tolle by the way) My question is why isn’t, why is Mullins not in Worcester????
  14. Our 2026 rotation looks to be crochet bello sandoval dobbins tolle with Criswell and Fitts as depth or we can improve the rotation by the following: 1.) we could try to outbid the Mets for cease in free agency! Sox ownership will need to dig deep for that!!!! 2.) or trade a starting outfielder and prospects for Ryan. (Tolle, Witherspoon and arias have to be off the table) 3.) or try do both 1.) and 2.)
  15. I do not think it matters much!! Both kids are uber talented players. I saw holy-Tolle pitch at tcu and when I watch him now, it is like seeing an entirely new pitcher. Congrats to the Sox pitching gurus, this is an incredibly successful job they did in a very short period of time!!!! we graduated a good number of players recently, but we got more in the pipeline for sure.
  16. If someone had said before the season that Narveaz would end the year with a 3 war, would anybody have believed that??? too bad Cora burned him out do quickly this season!!!
  17. Arias is the number 1 ranked prospect for the Sox. Defensively, he is vacuums up everything at shortstop. Sometimes he makes plays in short left field, he has that kind of range. offensively, he is an exciting hitter. The only knock being that he has a lot of rafeala in him. Justin Gonzales has been fun to watch, his at bats are good and he always learns from his mistakes. Defensively, he is barely average in the outfield!! Should be full time at first base!! the absolute star signing though, in my opinion, is Valera!! Wow!! His stuff is off the charts good!! Can he master the command and control??? If he does, is he a future ace!!!! He probably needs UCL surgery and I do not know why he did not have it this year, but I am sure the team doctors are doing what is best for him!!!!!
  18. Holy-Tolle just pitched yesterday?? Isn’t Monday Harrison’s 5th day since he pitched??
  19. Justin Gonzales went 2 for 3 today at Salem. Now hitting .302 as an 18 year old!!!! Looks really poised at the plate!!! Nice swing too
  20. Tolle 5 innings, 1 run and 9 strikeouts!!! Wow!! He looked locked in tonight
  21. The 2025 Red Sox graduated quite a few prospects this year. I cannot remember a year with so many graduates. but amazingly, we have some really good young prospects in the pipeline. Arias and Justin Gonzales look amazing!!! on the pitching side, we got a couple decent arms at Worcester in early and Tolle been an amazing prospect year thus far
  22. I have not seen travieso pitch yet! A lot of people say he has the type stuff that plays well
