Good news today: Rodriguez is back! Whitlock is throwing a really nice ball. Hernandez and devers with taters! Bad news today: why couldn’t we beat these guys last week?

I liked what I saw of bastardo this spring. I hope he gets some innings in Boston this year!

We have been paroled from the bottom of the barrel! Here’s something I did not I would be saying this year....our starting pitchers (sans garret) have impressed me. I am really sad if we send houck down. Ps: the bullpen! Last season I got heartburn and high blood pressure whenever one of them came into the game. Now this season, I just get a mild case of nausea! Pss: I am so glad last year’s manager, the old guy asleep in the dugout and dreaming of next week’s pay day, is so out of here!

Good news today: eovaldi spun some amazing pitches! Vazquez with a tater! (Does Vazquez have more taters than devers, dalbec and bogey combined?) Bad news today: devers still cold at the plate!

I think we need to give hang’em Chaim credit for finding this Whitlock kid. If the control is good, he’s got decent stuff. When Rodriguez comes back, we need to keep houck in the rotation and send garret to the bullpen. The man serves up more meatballs than the Olive Garden!
