    Good news today: our offense is awesome! Got a little help from the bottom third of the lineup today. Bad news today: Brice is still on the team. Come the trade deadline, we will need two more good relievers.

    Our pitchers are succeeding this season on mostly smoke and mirrors. At some point they are going to hit the wall and we will need reinforcements. I see three starter candidates: Sale Houck Whitlock (converted for a bit) For the bullpen: Bastardo Feldman Will hang’em Chaim try to trade for bullpen help?

    Doesn’t a good bit of money come off the books after this season? Hang’em Chaim should have some decent payroll flexibility this offseason. Thanks desperate Dave!!!

    Dom was very good at relaying to Williams what kind of stuff pitchers were throwing! That alone made him valuable to the Sox!

    Good news today: dalbec woke up. Whitlock is the find of the offseason for us thus far. Bad news today: fraunchy back in the toilet!

    Good news today: eovaldi was really good! Martinez with taters! Bad news today: the bottom third of the lineup is stone cold. Maybe franchy needs some time on the dl so Duran can get a shot! Speed kills!!!!!

    Did that collection of broken rubbers we called a starting pitching staff in 2020 really last over four innings per start? Each inning seemed like a decade! All those bad pitches and meatballs. It was a terrible sight s as d remains a terrible memory!

    Good news today: the pitching was not that bad, despite the ugly first pitch! Bad news today; we just could not solve keuchel today.

    I know this is going against the grain, but in the ninth inning when Eaton hit that ball to deep center, the one thought going through my mind was .... Hernandez has no clue how to run down that ball, but Bradley would have definitely catch that ball! And it would have been a great way to end the game!

    Good news today: we showed heart and the offense came through late. Bad news today: pivetta control issues with 4 walks. I really like him when his control is there.

    Good news today: I owe Garrett an apology. He threw some really nice balls today. He keeps it up and we will have a decent starter on our team. Bad news today: defense (or lack there of) ends the winning streak!

    Good news today: Perez!!!! Did someone give this guy an enema in the offseason that flushed all the crap out of his delivery? Renfro and dalbec getting hits while it was snowing! How cool is that. Bad news today: verdugo was colder than the outside temperature!
