And he looks terrible at the plate.

Watched leiter pitch for Vanderbilt today. We need to draft this kid in the first round! I hope he is still on the board when we draft.

For 2021 or end with a playoff run, we need: 1.) an ace starting pitcher. We might have that coming in sale! 2.) two quality relievers to replace andriese and rios. We might have that at triple a in ort plus whoever sale bumps from the starter pool. 3.) another quality outfielder. Again triple a has fraunchy or Duran to pick from, Point is, we are not far off, the pieces seem to be falling in place.

Eventually this will bite us. Giving major league teams 4 outs an inning is a recipe for disaster!

If we promote espinal and ort, that would give us 4 former Yankees in the bullpen! So long to rios and andreise!

I have no problem if hang’em Chaim dfa’s Santana and brings up ort!

I have watched Duran a lot and I am concerned about his hit tool.

All staffs go through cycles, let’s stay positive and wait for the cycle to start to uptick!

Good news today: devers and Hernandez with taters. Bad news today: we banged out 11 hits, but only 3 runs. Just could not get those key hits!

This is so accurate. I would take the top 8 and number 11 on this list on my team any day. The magic happens if hang’em Chaim can get us a stud for the 9th spot!

I think cassas is pretty close to being ready! Before he went on the Olympic vacation, he was swinging the bat really well and not chasing as many pitches out of the strike zone. When he goes back to the Olympics, he will come back with timing issues that will take a while to fix, but he is devers part 2 as far as when to elevate him. So, I hope hang’em Chaim brings him up in 2022 after super two day!

Someone suggested using houck as a spot starter to allow each starter to miss a turn or two and keep them fresh through the summer.

My cousin is a chemist with Michelin and his department has done work with several baseball agents. Never doubt people’s desire for an edge.

His hit came in the 9th after we had a 6 run lead.

Dalbec had shortened up his swing and is not as late on pitches anymore. I think Vazquez is being over used. More rest should get his numbers up, Still do not see what Hang’em Chaim saw in Hernandez. Total head scratcher.

After brazier got beaned in the head, I had not heard anything else about him throwing again,

What team’s pitcher gets caught first? San fran? Rays? Mets?
  18. Larry Cook
I wonder why Cora did not bring Whitlock back for a third inning, and save sawmura for tomorrow.
  19. Larry Cook
Could ort be an upgrade over a andriese?

Good news today: pitching was outstanding today! Dalbec and Martinez with taters! Bad news today: Yankees come back from being down 4 to 1 to win as the Oakland bullpen implodes.

So for example. If you are billy Hamilton and your speed down the first base line causes an infielder to rush his throw and you get on base via a bad throw, and no out is recorded,You think it is right that it should not count? I think if you get on base, however you get on base, without creating an out, that should count as an on base event! How can you pick and chose which events qualify and which do not!
  22. Larry Cook
Does obp still penalize guys for getting in base via an error?
  23. Larry Cook
If we need another reliever, why not give ort a shot? We have enough dead meat we could clear off the 40 to make room for him,
  24. Larry Cook
We need to put our best speed in the outfield today. Could be a lot of miles logged by those three!
  25. Larry Cook
Why don’t more hitters bunt against the shift? Easy hit just sitting there.
