i think he either signs a 1 year deal or sticks to the longer deal he has been after all along. A 3 year deal means that he likely won't get a big payday then. I think Bora$$ has overplayed his hand on Montgomery. A better than average SP but not an ace.

they can get by till then without Snell who likely at this point would not be ready for opening day anyhow

at this point teams should simply wait till May 1 on Snell

people on here need to stop dreaming on Montgomery UNLESS he agrees to sign a short term deal which at this point he has shown no inclination to do so.

no need to fret about anything. The Sox are doing well in the ST games. Surely that will carry over to the regular season.

my issue is two-fold. 1] I had been reading that our system was ranked somewhere from 4-6th? and 2} that Henry seems to think that Sox fans will remain content to be in the mushy middle. Never bad enough for a rebuild but never good enough to truly compete.

well we got lots of shortstops. we draft one in the first rd almost every year other than last yr

well we all make mistakes with spellcheck, etc. but if you go to the effort to post a correction why not simply use the edit function or delete it?? I make many mistakes on here and often need to use the edit button
