Not saying that Suarez was great but it was 0-0 at the time and that would have been a DP and cleared the bases. Everything fell apart after that. I think Rafael caught that ball.

we should never have made the trade for mead either and i said it at the time. It's a lot easier to find FA infielders with similar ability than it is to find a YOUNG proven quality MLB arm like Early.

a big problem is that we traded away 4 good young cost controlled SP in trades and only got 1 back. That will almost certainly come back to bite us.

not sure why there hasn't been more talk about Rafael play in CF?? Totally turned the game around and I am pretty sure it was a catch.

obviously AR is far better than he is showing right now but we gave up FAR too much to get him. He has not helped ONE BIT to date and we are very likely to lose a good portion of next yr and he almost certainly walks.

their rotation is deeper and their bullpen far superior. Every time i watch a Sox game i see some AAAA player and wonder where we got him from.

Raffy is the least out of our problems after seeing the 3 hitters we sent up in the 9th. Probably the easiest save of Bednar’s career

I didn’t think I’d ever say it but this team needs Story. The 3 scrubs we put up there in the 9th were an embarrassment for a team thinking they can compete
