    Not to mention Bogaerts who is also doing well still. Cabanaboyken from an old site i was on said both would age poorly.

    You need to yell?? #1 rated prospects ARE supposed to end up a star especially when they already have a long term mega $$$ extension. Injuries notwithstanding I am sure Anthony himself would say his MLB start has been somewhat of a disappointment. But stop trying to generate an argument. I still consider him, Tolle, and Crochet along with Arias to be untouchable.

    i never said I was giving up on him only that he has not lived up to his #1 prospect in baseball mantra yet due in part of course to injuries. He needs to make a big step next year if there is any baseball played.

    If we had of extended Gray mid-season our rotation next year would be: Crochet-Gray-Tolle -Suarez-Bennett. How awesome would that be?

    i just hate the fact we waited so long to get good young SP prospects but yet were so quick to trade 3 of our top 4.

    it was 1-0 at the time and that runner scored. who's to say we couldn't have come back at 1-0. it was a terrible defensive game for Contreras and he'd be the first to admit it

    why is.nt there more discussions about the 2 bad plays Conreras had at 1B? The 2nd one led to the early removal; of Gray. Both were inexcusable.

    Gray was at 70 pitches i believe. i bet he was thrilled.

    havent even looked at the FA market due to both the impending lockout and the Sox reluctance to go all in on any of the top FA's even though they will say they are in on several of them. I see them letting Gray walk and looking for the next Sandavol, Fullmer, Richards type P coming off TJ or similar injuries or else trading a couple more of our top prospects other than Arias if we actually have any left with any real value. i see us letting go of a few of the AAAA players we currently have and replacing them with similar types. Rinse and repeat--we've been watching this for several years now. This series was an insult--just pathetic all around..
