    I agree. I thought he’d get $450M to maybe $500M. Insane money. And, like you said, the same money would get those three. Which I would much rather have. But JH won’t do that. He’ll be at Goodwill looking for bargains like he has less money than I do.

    you think Dodgers fans are pissed about the organization spending $70M for Ohtani? hell no they aren't, they're the most excited fans in all of sports right now. and we're hoping JH will spend enough to get a 3rd tier pitcher. LOLOL. if Henry wants to spend like he's broke and doesn't care about winning, maybe he should buy the Pirates and sell the team to someone that gives a damn.

    i hate seeing the Sox finishing last no matter how many recent championships they have, but the rings do lessen the "pain" a bit. what particularly pisses me off is JH firing a GM that had taken the team from two consecutive last place finishes in 14 & 15, wins 3 straight ALEast titles, has an off year and finishes 3rd and replaces him with a dithering f***ing moron that finishes last in 20, 22 and 23. f***ing idiocy on Henry's part. i'm not going to bash Brez but he'd best add some quality pitching or it's going to be ANOTHER last place finish next year.

    absolutely meaningless.....due to MLB's definition of a Win, which i think is absurd. there should be a way to decide which pitcher gets a "win" rather than the ******** definition they have now.
