yeah, these guys are all doing there best and i hope they succeed though most have no place on a MLB roster. i don't blame them; i blame the bloated, incompetent morons running this organization.
well....i sorta get it with Hendricks because he didn't have the injury history of Paxton and Adalberto. and to be clear, i was as frustrated with Sale as anyone and thought DD was an idiot for giving him the extension.
the Sox signed him because he was relatively cheap but got burned in the end. but what gets me is they appeared to be frustrated at Sale for all of his injuries yet year after year they sign rehab projects like Mondesi, Paxton and Hendricks.
don't know if he's out there, but maybe they could get Adalberto to play for free. since, ya' know, they paid him nearly $4 million last year to not do a f***ing thing.
and they lead the league in errors. notwithstanding O'Neill's start, the ONLY thing holding this team up is the starting pitching. surprising to many, i'm sure. and, i think, we all know this won't last.
thing is, they've been one of, if not the worst field team for 7-8 years now, yet the idiot nerds in the front office seem clueless on how to fix this. i guess when they look for a solution, the answer is always: whatever's cheapest.
you really want to relitigate that trade? it was a dumbass trade due to assuming the JBJ contract alone. the same contract that put them over the tax line and they ended up eating after cuttiing JBJ before the season was over. now, your turn, tell me what a gotdamn genius Bloom was in making that trade.
