i sort of have a different take on Cora's cheating. when it comes to winning, i subscribe to the old theory that "if you're not cheating, then you're not trying". i want the Sox to use every advantage they can to win balls games. if it's cheating, that's fine. just don't get caught. LOL. with that said, i've been unhappy with Cora many times over the years. besides "resting" players two weeks into the season, one thing that particularly irks me is his unwillingness to challenge calls. i've seen numerous plays that would have been overturned that he never even bothered with. WTF? C'mon man, you have to use every tool available to win games and it's like he doesn't care. he consistently ranks near the bottom of all managers in challenges. He has just 18 this year. Kevin Cash leads with 54. i know there is a lot of Cora support on here and though i'm fine if he stays, i wouldn't be upset even a little if he was canned.
