  1. It could be a combination of not wanting to play in Detroit, wanting to play in Boston, and a chance to make more money in the long run.
  2. Good to see Whitlock pitch in the game today.
  3. I know there was a lot of rift raft on that team, but I was talking more about the nucleus of Bogey, JD, and Raffy. Dugy was just starting out, and Sale, and ERod was coming back.
  4. It didn’t have to. There was still a Lot of talent on the 2020 team despite what their record showed.
  5. Deadlines don’t always mean much. Even Cora signed during the season last year when he said he wouldn’t.
  6. Also saying that more, and more it sounds like Abreu won’t be ready to start the season.
  7. He is taking live BP, and batting practice, but the date keeps getting pushed back. Very interesting as Artie would say.
  8. I think Romy is safe no matter what they do at 2B.
  9. Backup OF for the D would be the option depending on the roster construction.
  10. What happened to having at least 4-5 starters playing? Still the lineup at home is still more telling was the point.
  11. The Red Sox would have to really make it worth it for Crochet to extend, and that’s highly debatable that they will. Brez could surprise though.🤫
  12. I don’t think this has anything to do with Toro, or Trayce, but someone said the other day was to pay more attention to the lineup when the Red Sox play at home.
  13. I mentioned Toro earlier. Also Trayce Thompson has been getting a long look too.
  14. Is Nate Eaton a top prospect? NO! How about Trace? Who were the people slotting KC in on the opening day roster? Cora? Brez? I get what you are saying, but I still believe people would be ranting, and raving if KC was 10-21. I don’t get into ST stats either, and all I care about is coming out of Sat healthy, but lots of fans get into every AB, or every pitch. I just think whomever should play it both ways, and be consistent depending on how someone does good, or bad. I have never counted on any of the top suspects making the opening day roster anyway, but some did.
  15. I agree. I’ve been a bad boy, and I’ll try, and do better.
  16. Yes, but what if KC was 10-21 instead of 2-21? The ranting, and raving would be full blown.
  17. Well to say KC has been over hyped shouldn’t cause a problem. It’s been written, and talked about just yesterday on a talk show that all we’ve heard is Campbell, Campbell' Campbell, and Campbell, and it’s like trying to cram it down our throat. That’s what’s out there, so I don’t get why that should be a problem on here.
  18. No it’s not. Moon just mistakenly takes LMAO, and chuckling as being bothered by him waving Pom Poms. He also tries to say I shouldn’t get any information from Cora on if Raffy is hurt, or hurting.
  19. OMG again! Just go back earlier in this thread where MVP talked about the best hitting lineup p, and I said I agreed 100%. It was you who disagreed. Like I said KC isn’t even on the 26 yet. When he gets there then what he does will count.
  20. OMG! You have hyped the suspects for the last three years, and over, and over again.
  21. I read an article This morning by Adam London saying that KC entered ST with a borderline overwhelming level of hype. It’s all out there for all to see, and read, and you don’t have to go far to find it.
  22. The best team being a few years away is fine, but 3 years, and counting to not making the postseason, and being a winning team is not.
