  1. Must be desperate times if there is a DUBin vs Eaton discussion going on.
  2. You’re talking up a 21 yr old little Anthony now? We’ll have to see on how that turns out. At any rate things looked a lot different at a very young age looking at things than they do now. Fenway looked big on black, and white tv until you see it in person, and couldn’t believe how small it was.
  3. Personally I only care what’s going on today with DUBin, and what’s going on today is a Major League glove, and a Little League bat.
  4. The story was that Brez worked mostly from home when working for the Cubs maybe, because no one wanted to work with him, which may explain the so called bad work environment he’s created today.
  5. Were you there? Watching Yaz, Watching a 19 year old Tony C, watching Dick Stuart hit 40 HR, and even watching Earl Wilson bat was more exciting than what’s going on at the moment.
  6. The first contract offer, not believing another offer, and the NTC. 1-2-3.
  7. LOWbres with probably help from Theo got the job with the #12 pick in the first place, and probably Theo’s help got LOWbres enough power with JH to fire Cora. After all it was Theo who fired TITO. As I said before the Three Stooges conglomerate of JH, Sam, and LOWbres are just not respected, or liked.
  8. Well said. Even in the early 60’s when the team sucked they were still more fun to watch.
  9. Bregman was PLAN A, and LOW Brez had a year to get it done, but pissed Bregman off with the very first offer.
  10. Yes it was said many times over. Sand Man was a waste of money from the very beginning.
  11. Bregman May have been little Anthony’s binky, so I agree with most, but not for signing Bregman for 5 more years.
  12. I haven’t heard to many going to bat for Cora, and I go to many different venues. The thing is though is that the ones who did the firing The Three Stooges are more detested.
  13. Brez is definitely a piece of work. He’s made player moves that most likely Bloom wouldn’t have made like trading Sale, and trading for Crochet giving up some good prospects. Unfortunately like Bloom he looks for that third option in the fork in the road at trade deadline time. Not communicating well, and creating a bad work environment seems to be his motto. He definitely has more power than Bloom ever had as evidence by Cora at least for the moment anyway.
  14. Maybe Big Baby Bello will get better with a trade.
  15. He wore out enough pencils, and notebooks that’s for sure.
  16. That’s the way it seems the more that comes out about Cora, and the young players. Mayer probably has a little relief now. Cora talked at length many times about errors especially on a postgame, but nothing seemed to change. We Got To Do Better. The team was lifeless, and listless coming out of ST, and so was Cora who I think checked out more than once the last three years.
  17. The interview with the Cro Man himself was quite the word salad. First he said his arm problem whatever it was was preventable, and then said maybe it wasn’t.🤔
  18. True enough. He did have enough different job titles though.
  19. He couldn’t even speak to his players, and hugged the wall with Sam when the players were told about the firing. I guess he felt just his presence was enough, and had a calming effect.
