  1. I agree with this, and Cora was lucky JH liked him.
  2. Me saying I wouldn’t have hired Cora back, and someone saying I HATED Cora was not a misunderstanding, but a jump to conclusion, and over analyzing,Which happens often on here. As much as I get on Bloom on here I don’t hate him either. I just don’t like his way of doing things.
  3. Playing the name game as usual.Stupid Sheep. It’s always someone else’s fault that you have to respond. Some more than others on here just don’t like other opinions. I’ve been on many message boards, and forums through the years, and I’ve not seen anything like this. When I first come on here last year, and made a simple comment that I wouldn’t have hired Cora back, because of him leading the cheating scandal, which I thought was way over the top, and Moon jumped to his conclusion that, because I said that I HATED Cora. 100% not true, but that is what he jumped to, and those kind of things have happened many times on here to over analyze, and come to the wrong conclusion.
  4. Clueless? Clueless? Bloom has had 3 years to deal with with some of these contracts, so sounds like Bloom is the one who is clueless. Deny, deny, accuse, and when all else fails blame DD. Come on man! Just because you like it doesn’t change it either. We’ve accomplished nothing in the back, and forth, and nobody is going to change their mind. I’m gone. You can have the last word.
  5. JBJ just hit 2run double off Cole to give Jays a 2-1 lead over the Yankees. Way to go JBJ!
  6. JD’s birthday tomorrow, so maybe Cora is giving him, a early present, and letting him play today. Just throwing that out there.
  7. That’s the narrative that is most used on here even though Bloom has been in charge 3 years now. I don’t think it was all heavy spending that got the Red Sox championships, and it’s not all heavy spending that has gotten the Red Sox in last place in the division, which if things stay the way they are now would be something like 5 times in 11 years. Bloom is in charge now, and he is responsible.
  8. So tank to get good players?
  9. They did a lot of tanking to get a lot of those guys that I wouldn’t want any part in doing.
  10. UNBELIEVABLE that the Ref Man is not in the lineup in RF today. Take your pick on who should sit between JD, and Duran.
  11. The Yankees are as bad of the Red Sox right now, which I am glad to see. Everyone should have known that the real test for the Sox was not the fantasy month of June, but starting with July, and all the Div games.
  12. Well said, and winning does seem to make bad thoughts go away, where losing brings them all out.
  13. Some on here cling to the narrative that this team wasn’t worth going all in for this year. How does waiting 2 months for a legit 1B, or a RHH OF that should have been gotten back in March going all in? Instead we watched the Franchy Clown Show at 1B, and Duran looking like he was trying to catch butterflies in the OF. The excuses were that Casas was plan B, but even though he was injured months ago Bloom sat on his ass, and did nothing to improve the team until the trade deadline. 2 months went by. Then some will say no trades are made in June-July. Excuse after excuses, and a last place team is the result.
  14. Do you think the poll would have been different in a Red Sox Nation wide poll?
  15. I do too, and I look at the box scores every night, but it’s, because I like baseball of all levels, but it still doesn’t change my opinions on them.
  16. I get what you are saying, but that’s not how it was meant to my being a box score junkie.
  17. Ok, but that’s what I mean that all kinds of hype while on the farm, but no production with the big club. Franchy is another example of hitting down in Worcester, but can’t do it with the Sox.
  18. I agree, and more excuses will be made.
  19. Show me outside of here where it exists to the extent it does on here.
  20. Someone has to tell the other side, and that’s where the problems begin. I get opinions from all different sources, and venues, and most don’t jive with what’s on here. Bloom is a perfect example of that. Out in the majority of opinions I hear outside of here there isn’t much loyalty, and trust.
  21. So now your trying to tell people what they care about and what they don’t care about. I have said many times that I could care less about any prospect/suspect until they put on a Red Sox uniform, and produce, or is traded for someone who does. Not all minor league players are prospects.
  22. Did I say to give him a chance to see what he’s got, and he won’t be a complete butcher out there? I know how some always leave out part on the phrase on here.
  23. Where did it ever say that looking at box scores was part of the eye test once again trying to over analyze, and Slop 101.
  24. Ah dreaming. Another word for the day to go along with shallow, cry babies, whiners, and the many others. Priceless!
