    I was never a Duran Advocate, but I did say he should be given a chance to show if we has anything, and now we know. Still some on here pencil him in a possibility in LF next year. WOW!

    Outside of the fantasy month of June when playing the bad bad West, who were also playing bad bad when was the Red Sox playing very well.After the Fantasy month of June the Sox came back to reality in a hurry. Ace pitcher? The Sox don’t have one, and hasn’t since 2017/ early part of 2018. Come on man!

    Why was Duran put out in CF everyday when he should have been down in the instructional league learning how to track, and catch a fly ball, or Franchy trying to pretend he was a 1B? Why, why, why Nancy Kerrigan.

    I’m all for that. I have no problem with all the analytics, but to me what always threw people in a lather is when I have done many times, and said I don’t need analytics to know what’s going on, and the eye test is good enough for me. Bloom is another good example of just accepting each other’s different views. Like I have said also if just agreeing to disagree happened some of the subjects wouldn’t be beaten to death, and it getting personal maybe wouldn’t happen.

    Two things have become painfully clear. 1. The Red Sox can’t handle the pressure of getting above 500. 2. The Red Sox aren’t embarrassed enough to sit at the kiddie table, and watch the O’s at the grownups table. Having said this the LAST in the Div, and last Wild Card spot standings update. 4 games back in the L column for the Div, and 6 games back in the L column for the last Wild Card spot.

    Yes the eye test has noticed that, and on the game thread last night I suggested Dugy back in LF, Kike in CF, and the Ref Man in RF with Pham the DH.

    I don’t know if Raffy’s hammy is affecting his swing, but he’s not looking any better than JD swinging the bat.

    I’m glad Bloom was in the stands tonight to watch this mess he created. I don’t think JH hired him to produce a s*** Show like this. I know some posters on here will say, but we might get better in 2024, or 2025.
