  1. Reset, cliff, go all in, and no rebuild either.
  2. Ancient history.
  3. It’s just your speel, and nothing more, or less than that. I’m not saying your wrong, and I’m not saying your right, but if that was what was going on, or has in the past I’d just like to hear it from someone official.
  4. I am not arguing that example at all, and I said that may be an example of being wrong, and I’m just talking about in general that the eye test is good enough for me that you have commented on many times.
  5. Boston certainly aren’t putting their best team on the field tonight, which I think they should do with Toronto still fighting with other teams for playoff positioning. Putting Duran Duran the Butterfly Man in the lineup is not doing that at all. Just the opposite.
  6. I never hear Bloom, Kennedy, or JH talk about any of this stuff like reset, go all in, cliffs, or rebuild.
  7. That may be an example, but everyone sees, and interprets things differently. Another set of eyes might have told you something else. All I know is that for me the eye test is good enough, and every one else can do what, and how they want to do it. I don’t need a lot of technical stuff to know what’s going on.
  8. Time, and money will tell if I’m wrong , or not, and nothing else.
  9. I don’t think there is Any Trust in Red Sox brass especially Bloom. The players will stick together, so the bad clubhouse is against Bloom.
  10. Who said nobody will want to play here? I know clubhouse chemistry doesn’t matter to you, and it doesn’t show up on a analytics sheet, but ask the players in the clubhouse if it matters, or not.
  11. This is fine, but it’s also ancient history, and this is a whole new day, and time, and like I keep saying this is now a different JH.
  12. So like I asked what would tell you more about this season the eye test, or analytics? The eye test has told me all I want to know about this season, and has worked fine for me, but if you need more examples then that’s fine too. Imagine without the eye test you wouldn’t have seen Dr Strange Glove play 1B, or Duran try to catch butterflies in the OF. The eye test in fine, and well.
  13. So you really think the so called rancor as you call it towards Bloom would drive players off especially Bogey from wanting to stay in Boston? They like playing in Boston, in Fenway, and in front of the Nation. They certainly aren’t playing for Bloom.
  14. No, and neither was you, so both are giving opinions on what we heard.
  15. Who has said they want to bring back The Same Exact Team?
  16. His eye test maybe, but mine is perfectly fine. Doesn’t everyone see things differently? What do you think would have told you more about how this season went the eye test, or analytics?
  17. Supposed clubhouse rancor? Oh it was real, and all directed at Bloom, so I think the fact that hill wants to come back has all do do with playing in Boston despite his lack of trust, and feelings towards Bloom, and the same would go with Bogey, or anyone else.
  18. The eye test has told you enough that you want to know. If you need the exact figures that’s another story, but I don’t think anything been shattered. Has the eye test not told you enough about this season? I think it has, and then some. You will never get rid of the eye test no matter how many kind of stats you come up with.
  19. Didn’t they find that out with Mookie? Get rid of the best players, and then you have to replace them with someone just as good just to stay even, and that will most likely be costly too, and then to run into the variable of playing in Boston that not everyone can do.
  20. 500. 3 wins down, and 6 wins to go. JD is hitting, and the Red Sox aren’t quitting.
  21. Wow! The seasons bout over, and JD decides to hit again.
  22. Neither Bloom, or Cora have said anything about plans for next year so everything on here is nothing , but pure speculation.
  23. It’s been a lost losing season, so you might as well get something good out of it.
  24. The worse record you have the somewhat better chance you have, but it doesn’t always work out that way.
  25. Screw the off-season? This is a real big off season, and the decisions made will go a long way to determine if the Red Sox will be any better next year, and years after that.
