  1. I agree it’s worst for the long run, but I can’t see them getting rid of Bogey, and Raffy at the same time.
  2. I still believe the Red Sox will ride out this season with Raffy, and deal with him, and what comes with it next offseason, and hope somehow he’ll help the team stay competitive, or better, and spread out the anger from Bogey to him, and not all at once next year.
  3. Even Sam Kennedy said winning a WS will appease the fans. not having the #1 system. The record of the Boston Red Sox I believe is what most fans cares about the most, and not whose on the 40 man, or if the farm ranking is better. It’s nice if those things are better, but to most not all that important.
  4. And that’s why I say prospects are just suspects until they produce in a Red Sox uniform, or are traded for someone who does.
  5. I get what you are saying, but Bloom is the lightning rod for the Red Sox, and while I may be critical of him I’m pretty mild compared to what’s being said in, and on different venues. I did praise Bloom, and said he did do a good job at the start of FA with the additions to the BP, so it hasn’t been all bad.
  6. I know some disagree, but I think my opinion is based on the angst of reality, and I don’t see anything getting better with this JH, and Bloom at the helm. Lord forbid Bloom try’s to get something good out of trading Raffy.
  7. I taking a wild guess here that it might just possibly be the evaluator.
  8. I agree, and like I’ve been saying for some time now that all Casas, Bello, and Mayer is are lots of promise at this point.
  9. The way some clubs were dishing out the big contracts I just don’t see Raffy doing anything now, and I don’t see JH opening his checkbook now for any kind of offer like that anyway.
  10. 10/320 May get it done, but don’t you think at this point Devers is going to dip his feet in the FA waters?
  11. Let it be, let it be it’s just not for me. Let it Bloom, let it Bloom just brings more gloom, and doom.
  12. Smart guys in the room? Locking up Casas, and Bello are fine, but to little to late especially on Mookie, and Raffy. Lots of promise, but that’s all it is at this point that Casas, Bello, and Mayer ever get to the level of Mookie, and Raffy. That kind on talent doesn’t grow on trees.
  13. Liar, or looking for his infamous 3rd option in the fork in the road again?
  14. See once again NOBODY SAID anybody supports Bloom 100%, and you can’t find someone who did, and you are making things up again just like you said I said Bloom signed Frail. Wipe off your Brown Bloom nose, and let’s shut this down. Others are getting tired of the nonsense, and I don’t blame them.
  15. Like I keep saying you guys are going way to deep on this, but you are deflecting the fact that I NEVER SAID Bloom signed Frail. I already knew Bloom, had no choice, but to bring them back. You make it sound like you discovered some new info, and nobody new Pax exercised his option. Stop deflecting that there was NEVER a Bloom singed Sale post. All of this silliness on a wrong notion.
  16. I know how it works, but I don’t believe you meant it that way, and if I hadn’t of disagreed on your notion I don’t believe the sarcasm would have even been mentioned.
  17. You guys are going way to deep on this, but THE FACT still remains I never said Bloom signed Sales, which you, and your heel tag team partner said I did.
  18. Are you really trying to say you have never blamed JH, DD, or the crybaby fans many times over?
  19. He couldn’t, and I didn’t say he could, but only that the Red Sox already had old, and injured players coming back, and didn’t mean anything more than that. It wasn’t meant to have any deep meaning to it.
  20. I don’t see that happening unless signings go up even more next off season. Raffy has seen what Bogey could have signed for last offseason, and what he signed for this offseason, but now the big money is blowing in the wind.
  21. This was my post in response to moon’s Should Bloom bring back our wounded, and old dogs. NOWHERE does it say that I said Bloom signed Sale. I said he brought him back. Bring someone back is not signing him.
  22. I think the Devers can be signed for less money right now ship has sailed. Maybe a year ago, but certainly not now.
  23. So you say it was sarcasm. Caught in your own trap, and it’s funny watching you try to squirm out. That’s not I way I saw it. See it works both ways. Maybe as you have said before you should have clarified.
  24. The broken record has appeared. Please Mr. Shaugnessy don’t write those bad things about Bloom it’s all JH fault. Please Mr. Shaugnessy don’t write all those bad things about Bloom it’s all DD fault. Please Mr. Shaugnessy don’t write those bad things about Bloom it’s those crybaby fans fault. They made him look for that 3rd option in the fork in the road at the trade deadline, and they made him stay above the lux tax.
  25. What spin from a guy who said Raffy was going to be the DH this season, so it would keep the asking price down, so the Sox would have a better chance to sign him.
