  1. They took away 1 of his steals yesterday on indifference, but still pretty good.
  2. The Yankees are coming now too getting healthier in the process. It was nice seeing them flopping around in the basement, but you knew they wasn’t going to stay there. Tampa may be the best team, but have had lots of injuries to the pitching staff, and don’t think they can keep up the pace,so it should be a long close interesting season.
  3. What a difference a week makes. Last week the Red Sox were riding high on a 8 game winning streak, and have gone 1-4 since. The Red Sox now are losing games like they were winning before, and the stage has kind of flipped flopped, which will happen in a long season. The BP, which has pretty much carried the starters the first part of the season have started to implode, and the rotation especially the last two games have pitched real well. Especially tough yesterday wasting a 110 pitch effort for Sale.
  4. BIG game in Boston today! Can the C’s win game 7? On a lesser note can the Red Sox avoid getting swept by the Cardinals?
  5. Especially after throwing 110 pitches.
  6. It must have been a shock to his system when he got PH for.
  7. I didn’t say Jansen should pitch today, but I agree you were right.
  8. Martin, and Schreiber were well rested. Cora was lucky he got away with letting Blier pitch to the heart of the order yesterday.
  9. Congrats you did it again. You’re like the cat on the Fockers. JINX!
  10. Nesn Has a 1 hr pre, and post game show Do the damm interviews then. It’s bad enough you have to listen to the Yuckers all game long in the booth.
  11. Wow! Maybe the Red Sox should just trade Wink, and Jansen since just maybe their unavailability for the rest of the year could be a good thing. What a tough critic. Usually it least takes a pitch, or two for the gloom, and doom to start, but not today.
  12. Reyes in lineup today at 2B. Bobby D optioned out again.
  13. Good outing by Paxton last night, and he had some some good velo in that old soup bone. 87 pitches, and good control although I’d say the HP umpire was a little generous on some of the called strikes, but hope he can go at least 6 next time, which will be against Bogey, and the boys, which should be another good test.
  14. Bad loss it was, and makes it even harder to listen to the Yuckers in the booth. Cardinals may be a last place losing team, but they have some good bats on that team.
  15. You, and Jansen blew this game. Wow!
  16. Right counting this game in the W column when you did did not make sense.
  17. If the called third strike on Turner was called Duran, nor the ballgirl even comes into play.
  18. Unlike you I would tell the WHOLE story.
  19. Think you were counting your chickens before they were hatched? Great Job!
  20. If Turner would have been called out on that missed third strike Duran doesn’t even get up to drive in the first two runs in the first place. Lets tell the whole story
  21. It worked out alright, but it was not a smart move by Cora to let this guy face the heart of the order.
  22. First the Rays picked up Streakman, and now they’ve picked up Littell.
  23. I can’t believe WallMart greeter Sam Kennedy especially a local boy would be all spin, and grin.
  24. I’m still not completely sold on Duran yet. He does look like like a confident different player, and if he’s still producing at the AS break I’ll jump on board. Just not ready to do it quite yet. So far so good though, which has been good for the Sox, and good for him.
