The leakage in the bullpen that was expected is beginning to become more visible going back to the loss by Brewer in Arizona. They needed 9 outs with 2 runs to spare. Hembree and Poyner get 1 outs, giving up 2 runs. Doesn't compute.

Poyner has done this before, gets to 2 strikes but cannot throw a third. If you are going to relieve, you must throw a strike when you have to.

What's the over/under on how many games Leon can catch before he gets his first hit, not counting balls hitting him ? I'd go 5 full games

Combine with 2019 Pedey, Holt, Nunez, Leon, Pearce and JBJ and you have 6 guys that were counted on for some contribution hitting no higher than Nunez's 159. Lin is next in line at a very early .200

The other thing with Jackie is that he isn't exactly a lower tier salary player at $10million+ . What will he expect from arbitration next year , $15M?
