  1. Joseph Heller might be even better, but there is a "Catch."
  2. EValdez has a .927 OPS in his last 95 PAs in MLB. (May 1st>>>)
  3. I'd rather we sign Helen Keller.
  4. Mayer at SS and Meidroth at 3B would be even better.
  5. He does have some big hits, this year. No doubt.
  6. He has earned the ABs vs RHPs, despite out heavy LHB tilt. I agree, though, he should be platoon only, but will get a few ABs vs RHPs, like tonight. He's been a big plus for this team, and his numbers vs LHPs are no fluke. Most of our "rookie's" do not do well vs LHPs.
  7. KCR lost to MIN, tonight.
  8. No, he's better.
  9. He damn near ended it.
  10. He's one of baseball's best hitters vs LHPs for 3 years combined- for what's that is worth. I was just speaking to the FT statement.
  11. Oh Come. Oh Come! Enmanuel!!!
  12. He is a platoon player who happened to do okay vs RHPs, this year.
  13. What an incredible prediction! LOL
  14. DSL won 18-1 on 17 hits and 7 BBs. Beltre pitched 4 no hit innings.
  15. Even before tonight, Bello was one of the few Sox pitchers who had an improved ERA since July 1st.
  16. Bello breaks the mold!
  17. The problem with that is the Sox would claim him!
  18. This could be one long "walk off."
  19. You knock it off and stop trying to "cancel me," as you like to call it. LOL! Both players did something that kept them from playing and hurt the team. To deny there is a similarity is your right to do so. I see a similarity of effect, despite their actions being way different.
  20. Always blame others. That's the way of the world, today. He knew the rules and chose to not be allowed into Toronto. It has nothing to do with the fairness of the rule. It was a choice Houck made- knowing the consequences would hurt the team.
  21. That's your opinion. To me, Houck's was maybe even more stupid, because he had time to dwell on his choice to stiff his teammates, and he did it anyway. Both caused missed games. Both were brought on by the players, who knew the rules. Sure, what they did were very different, but the effect was very similar.
  22. Only that both led to missed games due a player's stupidity.
  23. Reminds me of Houck refusing to get vaxxed and missing a start in TOR.
