Bloom said he wanted to acquire a starter with "upside", "leadership" and "innings". What the hell was he talking about? Was he telegraphing that he was looking to make a trade? Or was it just another whopper?

It doesn't matter what any of us say, though. It's up to the team to know what they're doing.
