You're right that most GMs say nothing. Dombrowski didn't have to say anything because it was so obvious what he was doing. Here's Kimbrel, here's Price, here's Sale, here's JDM, goodbye farm...

A 2 year extension for $24 million, plus incentives for appearances, maybe a little injury clause tossed in, would probably do it. And I fully realize that's about as likely as Kike getting a Gold Glove this year.
