    I'm halfway between you and Kimmi. I'm not feeling too rosy about it. I think he might be done but I figure let's wait and see... He had an operation, he played some games, he had some inflammation. I don't think the inflammation is unexpected or unusual. I'm just keeping fingers crossed is all.

    I think if someone else said this you might be the first to point out the following: In the 10 games since Hanley was DFA'd, we've scored 56 runs, 5.6 per game. More impressively, in the 8 games without both Mookie and Hanley, we've scored 42 runs, 5.25 per game. So we still have some other hitters...

    I think it's a little early to be saying Price is now a #3. I think he still has a bit more upside than that.

    I'm no lineup or strategy wizard, but I'm not sure the best use of Mookie is having him try to slap balls to right field on hit and run plays.

    Hanley blew it with his horrible May, Kimmi. With his OPS down to about .700 and a 22 million option lurking they had to cut him loose, I think. That option was bad for us and bad for him too.
