    The most incredible thing of all about 2004 might be those 2 umpire reversals in Game 6. The fact that they got them both right, without replay, and both in our favor, and in Yankee Stadium...mind-boggling, in a good way. It's why I will never say anything bad about Joe West.

    It certainly wouldn't go over well with a lot of fans. You've seen some of the opinions here about Wright, and the allegations against Russell were far more severe. Someone will give him a job, no doubt. Hopefully it isn't us. We've got enough issues without that kind of baggage.

    This is what I've been thinking from the get-go. Trading him at the deadline might easily yield the same thing, or even better if luck cooperates.
