I just don't know... Seems like he either has no hit stuff or scatters a bunch of hits and a couple runs over 6 innings. Neither one has had very many blow ups, but Hendricks has just seemed way more consistent.

I've only been to back to back games once. 2009 in Cleveland. 75 and perfect the first night, and the Sox won 3-0 on Jason Bay's 3 run HR. The next night is was 45 and rainy. Guardians won on a walk off error, courtesy of Javy Lopez.

Hendricks just won the NL Cy Young. Too bad he won't even be the #1 starter in the postseason for the Cubs, unless Maddon's brain wakes up.

Agreed. Last night, for the first time in a long time, I watched the Sox instead of Monday Night Football. What a great decision that turned out to be. September baseball with a first place team feels so amazing. I wake up each day so excited for that evening's game, and tonight I get to watch the whole thing, instead of having to go to bed early to wake up for school.

Check is fine... I almost blew it this week. I didn't set my lineup last Tuesday and missed 2 quality starts, so I had to rally to get the W and hold onto the division.

Jim Joyce basically put a fork in the Astros playoff hopes.

I'm worried for the playoffs too, but more so because of the fact that when this team is trailing late in a game, they don't comeback. I can't get an exact record when trailing after 7, but it's gotta be pretty bad. The two walk offs and the comeback against Texas are the only wins I can think of.
