If you ever read Hughes twitter account all he does is watch Hockey and eat nachos. I honestly thought he'd have a good year as he seemed focused and he got in better shape but yeah sometimes you can fix broke, just stick him in the bullpen and hope he can be that 2009 Phil Hughes so you can get at least some value from him.

Well the deal isn't certainly for nothing. Campos would be the Red Sox 2nd or 3rd best prospect right now.

Taking nothing away from Darvish but I kind of knew the Yankees would go that way. Typical for them with a pitcher they haven't seen. I actually think Kuroda pitched a slightly better overall game too.

Some good news! Adam Miller is off the DL. Can't wait to see what he can do. Also Slade is done rehabbing, but he'll problably get some EST games in first according to RAB. Last year I think I read the nightly updates just to see what kind of numbers he was putting up, they were kind of like Tyler Austin type numbers, so hopefully he can return to that form. DJ Mitchell turned in a stinker, but I still would like to bump Garcia off, move Phelps into the rotation and call up Mitchell to be the long man, a spot I think he'd hold for the next 8 or so years. Gary Sanchez is on fire right now, good to see. Hope he gets a promotion come June, as well as JR Murphy who is turning out solid to good numbers in Tampa.

Maybe Byrd can pitch in your bullpen? Seriously though, save your money and bullets for a nice BP arm... You can get by with your bats for now.

maybe cause we're paying him $11 or 12 million but I'm not really a fan. Atichson is probably better right now than Soriano too.

I think Felix throws 6 IP 3R but I agree with your Garcia assement. Still a battle of the bullpens though.
