    If there is one team offering an overpay like Xander, yeah it's an overpay. If a bunch of teams are offering about the same price like Yamamoto, it's no longer an overpay. That's just the market.

    @tylermilliken_ Red Sox have signed catcher Mark Kolozsvary to a minor-league deal, per @kileymcd . He appeared in 10 games with the Reds in 2022 and just 1 game with the Orioles in 2023. .174/.282/.301/.583 hitter in 87 career games at AAA. Entering his age-28 season.

    Pats deserve it, especially the fans. So many of them just expect 12-4 and the playoffs every year. Most don't even remember the Rod Rust or Dick MacPherson years. Even Parcells only went 32-32 in his time here. You get what you give and Pats fans generally suck s*** and deserve a few losing seasons.
