    Neto is (a) a very high price point and (b) a guy that has been plastered in trade talks all over the media. Doesn't seem like a Breslow move at all.

    Can't win games 0-0. Bruins fans should remember this from the Claude Julien years. You do need a little bit of offense. Without offense, this team was in the dumps.

    There is a change of scenery guy that has been a good defender that could come cheap. Could be cheap enough to just get you through this stretch run and replace him next season. He's still young and has options too.

    A Neto/Mead MIF would be a huge step backwards for this team. They'd hit more, but the pitching would suffer.

    They could probably hold onto Jones into August and then sneak him through waivers if they wanted.

    Keeping Cheng on the roster probably requires them seeing Mead play 2b for a little while and seeing him underwhelm. Not sure they can keep Jones, Romy, Masa, Monasterio and Cheng on the same roster now. Cheng is the best SS, but another move has to be made and another after that if Story comes back in a few weeks.

    SS is an option, but the names people have talked about don't make sense as they are poor defenders or on teams that aren't selling (Abrams, Neto, Pena). Now that Mead is at 2b, they need to make sure that whoever is playing SS is a plus glove.

    This was his first game back after being suspended for the slap. They are still playing the same team too.
