November is definitely the best time to do it. And I actually wouldn't mind if the U.S. team was comprised of the top minor league prospects in the country. Give those guys a chance to shine.
I haven't liked Cutler since I heard him say he could throw harder than Favre and Elway in their prime. First of all, that's debatable. Second of all, who gives a f***? Third of all, when you win the big game then you can talk.
Agreed. It's annoying as f*** that he's holding out for a better deal when everybody knows he was dogging it in Boston. Manny being Manny got old a long time ago. I'm tired of his antics and his ********. No amount of money will ever buy this man any class.
I don't really see any of these teams having a Cinderalla season.
If Bannister can bounce back, the Royals will have 3 solid guys in the rotation. They may be able to finish .500 for a change. But they still need some bats.
Renteria will help the Giants, but they also need more bats. Bengie Molina was their best hitter last year. That's all you really need to know. Fred Lewis is an emerging talent. Winn is good but getting up there in age. Rowand's numbers are all over the place. Sandoval could be legit. Their bullpen is atrocious.
Agreed. They may be the team to beat this year in the NL East, but don't talk the talk unless you can walk the walk. Something they haven't been able to do the last 2 seasons.
Speaking of Spring Training and the Red Sox, anyone else looking forward to this Friday on the MLB Network?
