    No. I would say Werth's particular skill set is more in line with the organization's general offensive philosophy. And if Ortiz or Beltre doesn't return, a hole will need to be filled in the middle of the order. Werth could fill that hole rather nicely.

    Embarrassing. Marlins fans aren't very good, either. Leads me to believe the state of Florida doesn't deserve one baseball team, let alone two. My dad observed at The Cell that a lot more black people used to go to games. Tickets are too expensive now, I guess.

    I always knew Brandon Inge was a good third basemen, but good doesn't really do him justice. After seeing him in person last weekend for two games, I can't believe he's never won a Gold Glove. Crying shame.
