    If he honestly thinks Carmona has more value than Hanson, then once again he is a moron. As it stands, this trade is very lopsided, and you know it. That is all I will say.

    If he hasn't been playing Rios, he's a moron. If you trade Hanson for Rios, I won't vote against it. You would still be getting the better player, but at least it wouldn't be so lopsided.

    Another questionable trade between SFOC and his son, who is tanking in the standings. Fausto Carmona for Alex Rios? Rios is the 13th best player in Fantasy Baseball this year. Carmona is 30% owned. Nuff said. Not even close to equal value. Voted against it. I would recommend you do the same.

    It makes sense, insofar as winning right now with Bobby Cox. Escobar isn't producing at all and refuses to make adjustments with his stance, something the organization has wanted him to do for awhile. They wanted him to try to pull the ball more to generate more power. He has a bit of an attitude problem. A change of scenery might be what he needs.

    Since we're talking about Yankee prospects, I personally saw Mike Recchia pitch a number of times on my brother's team at Eastern Illinois. He inexplicably went undrafted (I think it was because he didn't play in a prestigious summer league). The Yankees wisely picked him up and have him in Class A-Short Season. He was a starter in college but so far has been used as a reliever, which is probably the way to go, as he doesn't have a ton of stamina. But he throws a heavy ball and can hit 92-94 on the gun. Big, husky guy. Huge hands. Could probably develop a devastating splitter with those mitts. I think he was a steal for you guys. Reminds me of Joe Borowski.

    They all have big egos. If Iverson is willing to be a role player and make the league minimum, it could work. But he was a malcontent with that role on Memphis. Granted, different team and circumstances.

    Are you really advocating splitting time between Cameron and Werth? .283/.341/.417 (.758 OPS) .282/.365/.512 (.878 OPS) I don't know why he's stealing less this year, but he stole 20 bases each of the last 2 years, and his 88% success rate is nothing to sneeze at.

    Quite misleading, Dojji, if you look at his numbers from the last 4 years when he came into his own: .277/.374/.497 Power, speed, cannon in right, gets on base. What's not to like?

    You can't compare Nava and McDonald to Werth. Werth is an established 5-tool stud. Nava has less than 100 PAs and McDonald is a scrub.

    The Brewers will want pitching for Fielder. Kelly would almost certainly have to be in the package to get him.
