And they also had Serge Ibaka, Jeff Green and Reggie Jackson. The amount of talent they drafted in a short span is crazy. That James Harden trade is looking like one of worst in NBA history. -
It’s impossible to know for sure, but I think I would bet on one of the greatest players of all time would hit a little better than .180 in today’s game.

Harden is easily MVP right now. He’s on a different level this season and has had to carry a ridiculous load due to rockets having an absurd amount of injuries. I don’t really enjoy watching him play due to the ridiculous amount of ******** calls he gets, but he is pretty damn good. -
Kids should be off the table at all times, you don't make fun of someones kids/nieces/nephews, especially when they've passed away, that was just a horrible comment and you should be ashamed for making it.

Good for him. I'm not sure if he has anything left (probably not, he looked pretty bad last season), but how awesome would it be if he had a good series in Japan at age 45 and then retired? Would be a great ending for a fantastic career.

Obviously Mariano deserves it, no one can legitimately argue against him. But it is a joke that this is first time someone got 100%. How on earth did we go this long before someone got 100%?

There really is no benefit for playing UFC. If they win, they were supposed to, if they lose, they'll never heard the end of it and UFC gains a lot from it. I doubt we'll see any good teams decide to play them, but that shouldn't mean UFC should be praised for going undefeated against literally nobody lol.

Another absurd thing about Clemson - Dexter Lawrence, arguably their best player, didn't even play against Notre Dame or Bama because he was suspended... Clemson didn't miss a beat without him. I underestimated how good Clemson was this year, that QB they have is going to have NFL teams tanking for him.

UFC also played an LSU team in the bowl game that was missing 9 defensive starters, including studs like Greedy Williams, who alone negates the QB being out, considering he is a top 10 NFL draft talent. UFC will still get no credit to me until they play a real schedule. It isn't impressive beating Community College level talents, and "almost" winning a bowl game against an LSU team who didn't even have a majority of their players, because they sat out to prepare for the draft and not risky injury.

This is pretty random, but I was a bit young when Everett played for the Sox, what exactly did he do? On paper he seemed like a solid player, but I see a lot of negativity regarding him and it has me curious.

They definitely have a chance to compete for East Champs. Giannis is an elite player and one of front runners for MVP (I'd have him 3rd behind Lebron and Harden at moment, but could see case for him, definitely) and has a solid supporting cast. I just don't see anyone beating Warriors, and yeah I know they've struggled somewhat in regular season, but they've also had numerous injuries and Cousins hasn't even played a minute yet lol.

As I've been saying all season, I would be shocked if Alabama losses, that team is absolutely stacked.

Brasier has very little track record and Barnes has been inconsistent his whole career.

If Machado signed for $10 million a year, I would absolutely take him. Machado is a huge douche, but he is a superstar talent. He'll make any team he goes to better, and I don't want him on Yankees, or anywhere near AL East, unless Its Boston (which it wont be).

Yeah, this is what I feel like would be the major issue for Kyler as well. He is one hell of an athlete and a very likable guy IMO, but two of the hardest things in any pro sport are playing QB in the NFL and hitting MLB pitching.. It would be borderline impossible to be incredibly successful at both. I'm rooting for him regardless though. I'm a big fan.

I found the Longest Yard remake to be pretty funny... But yeah, other than that, he is awful.

Johnson and Swihart are two guys a lot of people wanted and thought would be DFA early on last year. Now we can deal them for a really good starter? Sweet! I like Johnson but holy s*** he is being overrated on this site, he isn’t that good. He’s a bottom of the rotation/long reliever guy.

I don't enjoy the off season, but do kind of enjoy the break. In the Summer it seems like there is so many games and I watch a lot of them, and some of those games, especially the playoffs, were really stressful.
