    lol!
  2. a700hitter
What could possibly happen shifting him to 1B?
  3. a700hitter
But the reports are that he is making terrific progress. He tied his own shoes yesterday.

I wonder what the in game betting is at this point?
  5. a700hitter
It would be nice to blow this open with no sticky Richards on the mound for us.
  6. a700hitter
if we has Rizzo, maybe we win both games. Instead, the best we can do is a split tomorrow after shutting down a Toronto production for the double header. Tomorrow they will probably bludgeon our pitchers.

One of the coaches needs to pull Vasquez’s head out of his ass.
  8. a700hitter
That is a better analogy than the metaphor with bullets.

What we do know is what was brought in and that it is woefully inadequate. Are we winning and I am missing all the fun? I don’t think so.
  10. a700hitter
of course not, that’s Why Bloom got us a hitter who will not be here until we are in 4th place.
  11. a700hitter
Yep, and Bloom’s lack of effort is being immediately and precipitously rewarded.

Double trouble today. Turbo flushing the season. Oh well, it was a lot of fun until August. Thanks for all the help, Bloom. Amber Schwarber can hit a bunch of HRs for us after we are safely positioned in 4th place.

    It’s double masking.
  14. a700hitter
    i think that was it.
  15. a700hitter
Just pointing out that “not having enough bullets” is not an excuse to fire no bullets unless you want to lose.
  16. a700hitter
I wonder what the explanation is for the call. Verdugo never touched the base.
  17. a700hitter
If your opponent has more bullets than you and he is firing those bullets at you, you still have to fire the bullets you have to give yourself a chance if you want to survive. Holding onto the bullets is no good if you can’t retreat.

JD’s swing has looked sick lately
  19. a700hitter
DH — Time to accelerate the Death Spiral. Turbo flush.
  20. a700hitter
He usually does. Bloom is still on probation, but he fumbled big time at this deadline.
  21. a700hitter
Nah, I am just an ornery prick.
  22. a700hitter
    Ban all bold posters.
  23. a700hitter
Reportedly, the Sox pitchers had a big increase in spin rate this season before the ban.
  24. a700hitter
Nevermind, Bloom couldn’t compete with that.

I am glad that you are in a good place. Also, you might consider breaking it off before the second date.... leave on a high note. Jk.
