    I was listening to this slaughter on the radio. In the 5th inning after the Red Sox scored 2 runs to make it 13 to 3, Castiglione said that those “add on” runs could be important. The other guy in the booth practically choked. I would term those runs as “ pile on” runs, not “add on” runs.

    Our pitching is 12th in the league in WHIP and they have given up the 5th most hits — the Rangers, A’s, O’s and Twins (all horrid except for the A’s) have yielded more hits.
