I hate texas, so I'm hating this. I've been taunted all my life from texas fans, this won't help.

Just be happy that because you live in New England you get the option of another sports station such as NESN (FSN doesn't really count as one with all the poker they show). Every ESPN network in general has gone down the drain. ESPN Classic showing bowling and poker from 1988? ESPN2 showing ESPN Hollywood? And Steven A. Smith, quite frankly, you are a moron.

I know that the UCLA defense is going to really have it's hands full today with Matt Leinart, Reggie Bush and the entire USC offense, but don't count out the Bruins. The Bruins have had three weeks to prepare and I'm sure they'll be ready. This should be a great game. In defense of my boy, Yao: Rockets > fLakers and about Miami or Shaq: * JWill is his usual ball hogging self. * Antoine Walker jacks up so many ill-advised 3 point bricks it is unbelievable. * Wade looks out of control a lot of the time trying to do too much. * Shaq is down with an ankle sprain for a few weeks Miami seems pretty overrated and I think Indy will come out on top in the East. If not the Pacers than the Pistons.

I don't see any reason for not signing up. Obviously, though, if you're like RSR and your mailbox gets broken into regularly or a Yankees fan that doesn't want a bad gift, I think it's a little understandable. This will definitely be fun to participate in, though, for all thinking about signing up.

Eh, I don't know, See Red. I just watched first hand an Iowa State team hand it to Texas A&M this last weekend, and am traveling up to Lubbock to watch texas tech break some offensive records. I'll also be at the game in College Station to end the year against texas, and I don't know how much confidence I have that we can knock off UT. I believe we stand a chance, but it's going to be extremely tough.

Yeah, I think I should be banned for missing that one. Make sure you send me a warning yeszir stating that I may only joke around in the "Fights and Crap" section because that is unmoderated. Everything else must be serious all the time

End of 1st Quarter: Good guys 0 v. Va Tech 6 Boston College is going to have to change something fast if they want to win this game. Being out done in total yards 151-45? C'mon, guys. Still just a 6-0 game, though.

I have no idea what A&M team came out against Colorado, but that wasn't the same Aggies that have been showing up the rest of the time. We're 5-2 and 3-1 in the Big XII and that game prior to the showdown is a game in Norman against OU... if we take that, who knows what kind of momentum that will bring. Add in the fact that Kyle Field is one of the toughest places (if not the toughest) to play in the ntion and we can hang with texas.

When texas loses that last game of the year at Texas A&M or blows it in the Big XII Championship we will be able to put this 'UT is #1!' crap to an end.

Yep Stocker, my mistake. It would be two times in four weeks. The Texans have Cleveland this weekend then in Jacksonville followed by at Indy. Best of luck on the seventh at Gillette... hopefully you guys can keep up your success against Manning.

I hate the Colts because my Texans play the Colts two times in a three week span. I really think our guys have a shot in Indy the weekend after this. The game was tied during halftime at fourteen, we'll have to see if they can play two halves his time, though.

Hate the Cowboys. I'm from Houston, so I'm a Texans fan. But the Texans or Cowboys will get to the Super Bowl before Pitt does. And I was watching ESPN and thinking about it, and I agree with Jaws... I'll take Carson Palmer over Big Ben in second year QBs. You ACTUALLY think this guy should be in comparison with the rest of the league? Heck, my boy, David Carr played against the best defense in the league (Indianapolis Colts) this last week and he put up around the same numbers that this so called "star" in Pittsburgh did against the Bengals. And we have no bad blood, I just don't see why you'd brag to Bengals fans about beating a team that hasn't finished over .500 in 8 years.

FOX talks about your rotation like Houston doesn't have one AT ALL. Yeah, congrats for having four complete games in the ALCS, but don't keep talking about it because Anaheim doesn't know how to take pitches. I'll still take Pettitte, Clemens and Oswalt on three days rest over your five guys anyday. Who's Freddy Garcia... some guy that went 4-7 in Seattle last year? Who's Jon Garland... didn't he have an ERA near five last year? Jose Contreras... I can't figure out whether he's on the Chi-Sox or Yankees, it changes every year. Orlando Hernandez... 5.12 ERA. Buehrle's always been good. Enough said. Shut up about the GREATNESS... most of these guys were nothing before this year. Stop comparing the Cubs and White Sox in Chicago -- no one cares, neither have won anything. I'll take ANYBODY over FOX.

Great, more FOX to look forward too. More overdue credit to the White Sox, more stupidity at its finest, more scooter, more gay openings slanted towards Chicago. Major League Baseball should punish FOX in some way for making us put up with this. :rant:

And yet no matter how you look at it, these Bengals that you think suck so much have one more win than that chump Roethlisberger. 9/14 for 93 yards with an INT and two TDs? Just a touch overrated. P.S. Because no one else is going to stick up for Cincinnati -- STANDINGS: Team W-L PCT Cincinnati 5-2 .714 pittsburgh 4-2 .667 It's okay though, MC. When your boys lose to the Ravens twice over the next four weeks and Baltimore takes over second place in the AFC North, I know you won't be running your mouth.
