As it said in the article 2 of the 3 cops who used the gun weren't authorized to use it. And as far as the whole "you were probably driving recklassly" thing goes. It does not matter if I am driving 30 MPH and the other guy is going 90 and we crash and he dies, I get charged with vehicular homicide. It does not matter, the D.A said they dropped the charges because he had no "intent" to break any laws. When I get in my car, I just want to go home or go wherever I am going, I don't have any "intent" to kill anyone, but if I get in an accidnet and the other guy dies, no matter how safe I was driving I get charged with vehicular homicide.
If we start dropping charges because people didn't "intend" to do naytihng than the only murder charges that should ever be brought to court are first degree. All I'm saying is they should come up with a better reason to drop charges than "he didn't mean too".
