  1. So if it was released today, who made the top 10???
  2. I'd like to see Payton back. Reed gets too much hype. Coco Crisp would cost too much Jacoby Ellsbury is the future Dave Roberts is the past
  3. yes, yes. And the guys on EEI have been saying all winter that he'd be getting a minor league deal - if he's lucky... Maybe an invite to spring training. I said this last year and I'll say it again this year. Millar had this ability and it helped the Red Sox out more times than you'll admit. Especially late in games and in interleage. It is my belief that if Millar was not there when the Sox were down 3-0 vs NY, they would not have won the WS. Also, because I find it obnoxious that people think Lowell will rebound after last year and that Millar no longer deserves to play for any team in Baseball. It certainly wouldn't shock me if Millar wound up having better offensive numbers than Lowell this year. Good luck Kev! Light it up in Camden.
  4. I'd love for him to come back to fenway and jack like 3 hrs in one game. Then make the game saving defensive play at 1b to end the game.
  5. -and the plot thinnens. (moonlighting)
  6. I'm 100% sure they talk about James in the book. Not sure which pages.
  7. Was it Yeszir's ass??? That would explain a lot of things around here.
  8. You make me wait 11 months for your response, and when you finally do reply, it's with a Smiley??????????????
  9. sweet! thanks. If he was a little less obvious about it he could have gotten away with it.
  10. I agree with Rice not getting in. If Rice had just 1 more season where he batted, say: .315, 18 Hr, 49 Rbi, 27 2b, 51 R (and that's not even a great year) then his final career numbers would be something like this: .300 BA, 400 HRS, 1500 RBI, 400 2B, 2500 H, 1300 R I think that would have done it. He's so close to milestones with all his numbers it's stupid. The only thing I remember about Dave Concepcion is that there was at least one of his baseball cards in EVERY stinking pack of cards I bought....
  11. seems fixed now.
  12. I thought it was just my computer. Internet is slow, weei is down, kept getting 404s coming here. It thought it was a porn virus.
  13. Yeah, it's like I'm all high and all. My posts are posting backwards! Wahhhhhhhhhhh??? :what:
  14. It's not supposed to. Maybe it's the chewy virus. :dunno:
  15. Halftime, 7-3 Pats.

  17. It's called RESPECT, fool.
  18. "Wanna ride my Zamboni?"
  19. That's where I get confused. The site as of now only has 103,070 total posts according to the site stats. So to get to post #103,991 there needs to be about 900 more posts. eye b contused. :dunno:
  20. Wow, $50. Sweet! So whoever posts post #103991 wins? I don't get that last part.
  21. ok, so what's left to do? CF, SS. And we still haven't given up Clement or Wells. I say we sign the FAs we can, keep the pitching we can and pray.
  22. after watching that for about a million times..... it's amazing the legs on the bench in the background don't move/jump/twitch. It was right after a HBP after all. As for "the kick". It's actually an extremely smart move by knocking down the catcher first. He got out there all the way to the mound untouched. It's too bad he went nuts because he was a great hitter.
  23. Cool. What strikes me... Lester has no "Best Tools" and is ahead of Pap? Lester and Papelbon are behind Marte. What did we get again? Would Hanley be ahead of Papelbon or Lester if he were still here? Who the hell is Randy Beam?
