I can easily see a scenario where Sandoval is released tomorrow and Oviedo or Houck is activated as a tryout to see what they can do for a possible playoff roster addition.

He has been over Narvaez, even offensively.  Adley’s hitting about .190 for the Sox.  Out of curiosity, I looked at how Narvaez has done with O’s.  He hitting a solid .106 in 29 games with them.

Actually, Sandy is a perfect fit with the offense, who have a very bad case of RISP disease.  Last night they were 1 for 11 with RISP.
