The fact is that even before Anthony and Abreu went down these bums didn’t have enough offense to compete with even decent teams. Now they are totally overmatched.

Remember this rag arm has an ERA of 5.33. Similar to E-rod last night.

A totally different pitcher at home vs. on the road.  8-3 in 14 starts at home with a 3.6 ERA; 4-5 in 14 starts on the road with a 7.1 ERA.

12-8 overall W-L says he’s a guy the Dbacks give a lot of run support to.  There’s one on every team just like there’s always one starter who doesn’t.

WTF. Why did Rafaela call off Duran there? Wtf was that

No idea.  Probably goes back to a similar play a week or so ago.

This team is imploding in all phases of the game.

He’s still not a good pitcher. Unfortunately we suck worse.

Sweep tomorrow. Lose the As series then limp home.

But this Sox team still may be able to back into the PO's. No excuse to score 2 total runs in 12 innings against two disgustingly bad starters.

Basically Story gave the game away early. He doesn’t do that often but he did tonight.
I called it when the DBacks had runners on 2nd and 3rd and I wrote “winning run on 2B”.

And that’s exactly what happened. We never got a second run

It wouldn’t surprise me at all if they choked away the playoffs. Someone wrote that this team is different, that they aren’t like the teams that have flopped.

That remains to be seen. I can see the resemblance for sure.

If Seattle gets hot, the Sox are done. The injuries have finally caught up with this team. Injuries are part of baseball, but the Sox bring it to another level. More bubble wrap next season.

Alex Bregman appears to have given up offensively.  Greet defensive player but he’s gone to sleep over offensy

He got robbed of a homer and lined out hard in another AB…
