As I said in other post, May is not a starter, not even close. Nevertheless he could be a great addition for the BP.  He could eat 2 and even 3 innings time to time if needed. Thing is Sox are going to give him 2 more opportunities but they will figure out what I’m saying after that. Save my post.

May was traded here because he told the Dodgers he didn’t want to be demoted to the pen unless someone got injured. So the Dodgers dumped him on us.

He doesn’t have the last word here though .if he proves me wrong, so be it, but ain’t happening IMO, Sox will do what is the best to the team not for May.

The Dodgers didn’t let him run the show either. They said “you wanna start? Do it for another team “. Similar situation as Devers.
