Yankees will host the Mariners and the Cubs after Monday's off day. Rays will play the Tigers before facing the Sox for 4, like the Sox, they won't have an off day.

We're only 3 1/2 games back of the Yankees and the Rays.

We have a chance to narrow the gap before facing the Rays for 4.

Your issue is with the quality of players available and you could be right.  

true, but i think the next two teams will be in Salt Lake and Nashville.

nice to see Walker bounce back after so many awful starts. this has got to help his confidence a ton.

they are awful on defense but i'd start Romy at second all day, every day over Hamilton. Hamilton might be a little better on D but he flat out sucks at the plate.

Encouraged with his start against the Nats. Hopefully it's the first of stronger second half.

Even though it was the Nats any positive innings is a plus this time of year, especially after the string of really poor starts he's strung together the past 2 months.
