Should the Sox hand out any Qualifying Offers this offseason?

In on Pivetta, out on O'Neill.  But if do they offer one to both I'm fine with it.

I've always liked Pivetta, but I think we can get better on a $20M AAV.

The issue is years. I doubt JH is ready to give $20M x 4+ years, so maybe Pivetta is the best we can get for $20M/1.

Hell, Gio got nearly that for 2 years.

Just heard he liked being a Red Sox so much that he re-upped for another year of rehab and maybes.

I'm so sick of waiting for pitchers who had some kind of glory in the past to get healthy.

Then the one we get rid of, wins the Cy Young.
