Enjoy the rest of the game

This team is unwatchable

Remember, the Yanks have been one of baseballs 3 worst teams the last 3-4 weeks.

It's amazing how the Yankem booth improves when they're losing.

A very good win, but the BP is a major concern.

Less Bernardino, more Horn and Booser…

Some huge hits, all night.

We got over the non-crooked number innings in a big way: 2 in the 7th and 3 in the 8th.

Every slot got a hit, except the 9 slot (Westbrook & Smith.)

Yoshida with 3 RBI!

Ref and Devers on base 4 times!

Wong on base 3 times.

Hope we got that spunky spark back, tonight.

As I posted earlier, the SOX offense hasn't been the problem. 5 or more runs in 6 of the last 7 games.

Amazing, thrilling win! I thought it was over when the Yankees destroyed our bullpen and went up 7-4.

I do not believe Jansen's save was luck. He hit his spots.

Fat ass chUMP; may not be good at home plate, but has no problem with the dinner plate.

Boone keeps saying “we need to play better”.

Actually, you need upgrades as your lineup stinks.

The Yankees had 6 starters today with an OPS under .700, with the league average at .709.

The Red Sox had 2 starters under .700 (Rafaela is at .698)

Rewatched the 7-8-9 after the game . The assessments of the plays and players certainly is more circumspect. The key hit by Yoshida worked because Yankee infield was drawn in. Rafaela's 2 run shot was totally legit. Horn was not sharp nor in position to field. Wong worked a tough walk to get our second man on, very close on Ball4/strike 3. Jansen will never work a clean inning in his remaining baseball life, so don't expect it. DJ LeMahieu who at one time was a force, has nothing left. Judge taking K3 was inexplicable. Don't trade Wilyer Abreu, trade others and get a relief pitcher. Zack Kelly does the most obvious mistake possible, then repeats it. Put the ball center-center twice.

This may be the far better way to watch the game , knowing the outcome. Probably the top win of the year, and rejuvenates the Nation.

We could start a team with all 9 over the league average .709, if Casas returns (or 8 over with the .698 Rafaela in the line-up.)

1. Duran .859 CF

2. Devers .969 3B

3. O'Neill .890 LF

4. Casas .857 1B

5. Abreu .804 RF

6. Wong .802 C

7. Refsnyder .866 DH (7 straight over .800!)

8. DHam .716 SS

9. Romy .741 2B

PH Yoshi .716

We could do it without Casas, if we played Romy at 1B and Duran at 2B, but that would be silly. (Yoshi DH and Ref in LF, Abreu CF and O'Neill in RF)

We really have a nice balanced line-up, except when we face LHPs.

(Also, Smith is not far from that .709 mark (.690,) and a Smith-Romy platoon rates to be over .710.)

All these guys are back, next year, except O'Neill- our best RHB.

We can afford to trade from our everyday strength to get pitching and a RHB, not just for 2024, but beyond, as well.

There is nothing like a good BP game. Wow! You could put the Yankee’s, and Red Sox BP’s together, and you still wouldn’t have a good BP. Wow!

Rejuvenates the Nation? For now, but just look after the last 4 games, jumping off a ledge after game 1, Criswell plays stopper game 2, and fans are talked off the ledge, lose 20-7, and fans are back on the ledge, and then last night, and everyone is rejuvenated. All of this is short lived, and I expect it to stay that way.🙈🤭
