Bello shows some cockiness and attitude which is fine with me, but he needs to know that he needs a lot more experience before he can start showing up umps and other players. He could be a keeper in the Red Sox system if he keeps maturing and becomes a more refined . He also needs to be more efficient so he can get at least 6 innings.
