The one announcer is unbearable. She refuses to have second of dead air. It is headache inducing. The color guy can’t get a word of analysis in.

 

Baseball needs more less talkative people announcing ballgames, like The Man With No Name.

And she blew the call on Dugo's double by failing to notice it bounced into the stand behind the bullpen, not realizing only 2 runs could score. She repeated 3 runs or bases clearing a couple times until the overpowered analyst kicked her under the table

Defensively JBJ is smooth as butter.

 

He is arguably the best OF with the glove. If he could be just average with his bat he would be a 200 M player.

Dugo appears to be serious about pitching next season. He threw 97 mph in high school. Do the SOX have a potential Dugohtani?

The SOX actually don't have to catch the Yankems; they just have to make the PO's. But I'm not against catching the Yankems, but they have the starting staff that will make that damn difficult.

We beat the 100 game winner Rays last year so I'm not worried about winning the division.

 

Anxious to see what we look like with addition of Sale and Paxton.

Just in case you were wondering, Matt Barnes is owed more money in 2023 ( $7.5Mm vs $7.25MM)than he is getting this year. Plus there is another $2.25MM buyout due in 2024. So he is pretty much guaranteed $9.75 million if he never throws another ball 4.

 

Also , little noted here is that this is Cora's contract year, but with a club option for '23/'24.
