If you are forced to play bullpen roulette , day after day, because your starters can't get 6 innings or you are forced to pitch AAA developmental guys then once in while there will be the bullet in the chamber and rip your head open.

We were using garbage pitchers all game, and now it's bringing in Valdez that's Cora's fault?

It seems like the same pattern keeps happening. A guy like Dalbec gets two nice hits and is stranded, then whe he gets up with men is scoring position he strands them.
