I like that Cora stayed with Richards. Our relief pitching is thin and a long start followed by 3 innings of relief was a much needed rest for guys like Ottavino and Whitlock

Great pitching in both games despite shortages in the bullpen--which we saw in the first two games.

Just when you count these guys out they show the grit that won them so many games earlier in the year.

 

I know there might not be much logic to this thinking, but I feel like the season is mirroring how the games have often gone for us: coming from behind.
